Delivery options

• Collection from the shop at Ādmiņu iela 4, Rīga: free.
• Latvijas Pasts courier to any address in Latvia: 20 €.

You choose the delivery method in the order form. The courier charge is included in the invoice.

Collecting from the shop

Once the invoice is paid, you can collect the bicycle during opening hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00, Saturday 11:00 to 16:00. The shop is closed on Sundays. The bicycle is already assembled and adjusted, so you can ride it away straight from the shop.

Courier delivery

We hand the item over to Latvijas Pasts after receiving payment, usually within a few business days. Please give your exact address, postal code and phone number in the order form so the courier can reach you.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and ordered through the site, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. This right is set out in the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts".

How to withdraw

• Within 14 days of receiving the goods, tell us you are withdrawing by writing to [email protected]. Include your name, the item and the order date. You can write in your own words or use the withdrawal form annexed to Cabinet Regulation No. 255.
• No later than 14 days after sending the notice, bring the item to our shop at Ādmiņu iela 4 or send it to us. You pay the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise.
• We refund you by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund covers the item price and the delivery charge you paid. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it.

Return the item in the same condition you received it. You may inspect and try the item as you would in a shop. If its value has dropped because it was handled beyond that, we may reduce the refund by that amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person in the shop.

Warranty and claims

Bicycles have a 2-year shop warranty. In addition, the law gives you the right to make a claim for goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of purchase.

If a bicycle or accessory has a defect, write to [email protected] or call +371 26333045. Tell us the purchase date, describe the problem and, if you can, attach photos. We will then agree on a time for you to bring the bicycle to the shop for inspection.
