How do I order a bicycle?

Click "Order" on the product page and fill in the form. We will check that the bicycle is available and e-mail you an invoice. There is no shopping cart: each item is ordered separately.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer once you receive the invoice. The site does not take online payments. When the payment has arrived, you can collect the bicycle from the shop or we ship it.

Why does the form ask for my personal code?

We need it to issue the invoice. In the confirmation e-mail you receive, it is partly masked. Our privacy policy has more on how we handle your data.

How much is delivery?

Collection from our shop at Ādmiņu iela 4, Rīga, is free. Latvijas Pasts courier delivery to anywhere in Latvia costs 20 €.

Can I see and test-ride a bicycle in the shop?

Yes, all bicycles are at the shop at Ādmiņu iela 4. If you are coming for a particular bicycle, call +371 26333045 first to make sure it has not been sold.

How do I choose the right frame size?

The best way is to come to the shop and try the bicycle. If you can't, call us, tell us your height and where you plan to ride, and we will suggest a suitable size.

What do you check on a used bicycle?

Every bicycle is assembled, checked and adjusted in our shop before sale, including the brakes, gears and wheels. Its condition is described on the product page.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, bicycles come with a 2-year shop warranty. The first service after 200 km, where we adjust the bicycle, is free. On top of the warranty, the law gives you the right to make a claim for non-conforming goods within two years of purchase.

Can I return a bicycle I ordered?

If you bought at a distance, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You pay the cost of sending it back. The procedure is on the "Delivery and returns" page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person in the shop.

Do you buy used bicycles?

Yes. We take well-maintained bicycles in exchange for another bicycle, or simply buy them for cash. Bring the bicycle to the shop and we will value it on the spot. It's best to call ahead.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00, Saturday 11:00 to 16:00. The shop is closed on Sundays.
